DCM held a very successful and engaging induction session for new members last Saturday morning.
During the session, we welcomed all our new volunteers and provided them with an overview of DCM’s mission, values, and goals. We also shared information around the organisation’s governance structure, policies and mediation practices.
Our experienced volunteers led the session, which gave the newcomers a sense of what it's like to volunteer with us. The session was interactive, and everyone had a chance to ask questions and participate in discussion.
We believe that volunteering should be a rewarding and fulfilling experience for everyone involved. That's why we strive to provide our volunteers with the support and resources they need.
